first kisses.

Every ones first kiss often ignites a magical feeling,a feeling you might never be able to recapture but for some of us the magic of the first kiss might be hugely overrated.
Everybody rightly or not believes the first love should hold a special place in the heart well get this,I dont actually remember my first kiss.I dont think it was that bad,i just dont remember.
Maybe in another 20yrs i might have a night of massive recollection, where every thing of significance flashes through my mind but till then i would like to believe that my first kiss was my last kiss.
I love you.

White missionary:'let's go save the tree dwelling black man'

i saw my first computer about 15years ago, played my first cd about the same time and yes the tree i used to live on was cut down about a 100 years ago so i live in a pretty comfortable house.truth is,most perceptions about africa are not only wrong but criminal.Yes,we have wars, yes we have hunger, crime, corruption but dont we all have.its amazing that the average european or american kid thinks his counterparts in africa still swing on trees with monkeys.
And yes,i saw spiderman3 the very day it was released.

are we all crazy or what?

in africa, mad people, forgive me,mentally challenged individuals roaming the streets is a common feature due to the leck of institutions willing to take them in and families abandoning them but are all these mad people really mad?
in a continent where poverty and despondency abounds being mad serves as a good excuse to do things a sane person would be hard pressed to,like walking about naked, that definitely saves you a lot on clothes or eating from the trash.
We all have days when we wish we could just let it all go and be free, but watch it lest they call you mad.

mine

To know about me, you have to know about where i am from.Mine is a country of about 140 million people, countless ethnicities and languages, when i mean countless,i mean conviniently over a hundred. So,i could easily be at a market and be attended to by my fellow Nigerian market woman and i would not have the slightest idea what she is talking about. This might seem like a big confused house to you but we get around.
Our official language is Pidgin english, its an adulterated form of english that can be spoken from balding college professors to my grand mum who has never stepped a foot in a classroom.
Did i tell you that we have a new president?Sorry, and yes it is a beautiful country.I kind of liked the old president,he was a big, loud, subeducated man who had no respect for institutions, diplomacy and possibly the rule of law but he was a damned funny man.Reminds me of George.W.Bush excluding the funny part.He was not that good looking either.I saw him cry only once, when he lost his wife during plastic surgery even though we lost thousands of lives to accidental bomb blasts, petrol explosions, riots, murders and all.I guess he was not much of a crying man.
But my new president seems to be the exact opposite not to mention being well educated.
Did i remember to tell you that i am pretty young and that i am in my final year at medical school?i will be through by april.
I wont always talk about politics but i just feel to know me better,a little about my country wont hurt now, would it?
